Care of the frame and body starts with a purpose driven focus on improving physical fitness. I have a simple approach that anyone can start at any time and it doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in. We will design an approach that you can do with or without weights and we will concentrate on “big muscle groups” with three primary exercises.

How many of us have a habit we’d like to break? It may not be tobacco; it may be something else. Candy? Late night snacks? Ice cream? Soda? Too much alcohol? Recreational drugs? Whatever habits you might have, we will help you decide first if they are affecting your health in a negative way and then we’ll work on ways to break the cycle!

Want to lose weight or maybe you have struggled with food your entire life? I have learned that true health really starts in the kitchen. I don’t know about you but I grew up eating CRAP all the time. C_arbonated sweet beverages, R_efined sugar in just about everything, A_rtificial food of just about every kind, and all the P_rocessed food I could get in a box.

Let’s talk about eating real food; things that grow above the ground, don’t fear the “FAT” and reduce the white foods in your house. My goal will be to teach you how to achieve “metabolic flexibility”, using both fat and glucose for fuel.
